Who Is This For?

They are safely structured and will bring challenge mentally as much as physically on our longer walks (By design). 

All walks hold no time pressure, and this is to give you space to relax along the way if you so desire. “Less is More” on our adventures’ meaning you will have more than enough time to get to your end point (which is not a goal). 

The goal is being with yourself and being in the moment with your own thoughts and self, with no distractions of the outer world, and this is what makes these adventures so uniquely rewardingly.
