4 days – Feel your Essence.
The walk is designed for you to become aware of your habitual thought patterns that may be holding you back from being more of yourself. Due to the ease of modern life, it is easy to lose track of ourselves through distraction of phone, foods, people, work and habit. Choosing to go on this adventure takes courage as you will meet the parts inside yourself that have been seeking attention and that get sidetracked through ha-bitual pushing down with our phones, busy lives, and habits. This will be where you meet our inner gremlin, and you will be taught how to support yourself and listen to what that part inside you has been calling for.
This is the walk you can start on if you have outdoor skills and have done personal work on yourself. It is a challenge for anyone, and we only recommend this if you feel you have the physical and mental strength to start here. It is better to come prepared by the 2 Days adventure instead of leaving us early on your 4-day adventure. You are free to choose what program you start on be it 2 or 4 days.
